EXPLORATORY RESEARCH

We conducted a thorough research to deeply understand the brand's identity and objectives. This process involves conducting strategic interviews with key stakeholders and conducting a comprehensive market analysis. These steps ensure that every aspect of the brand is meticulously explored, enabling us to develop strategies aligned with market expectations and stakeholder needs.

CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Mapping the customer journey, identifying all the brand's sonic touchpoints. These points are moments in which he interacts with the brand, impacting his perception and experience.

PERSONA

After mapping the journey, we define the brand’s personas. This helps identify extreme users and better understand their needs and behaviors.

SOUND MOODBOARD

We created a sound moodboard to define the brand's style and sound atmosphere. This moodboard will be used as a reference for developing the sound pieces.

LEITMOTIV

We compose the main theme or leitmotiv of the brand, which will be the starting point for the development of other pieces. 

INSTRUMENTAL PIECE

We developed the instrumental piece that represents the brand's sound identity. This piece can be used in institutional videos and other communication materials.

SONG

Development of a brand anthem that encapsulates the brand's storytelling, incorporating its message and values. This anthem can be used in advertising campaigns and events.

BRAND VOICE

Defining the brand's tone of voice, which will be used in all communication materials, ensuring consistency in the way of communicating with the public, including the selection of the voice that will represent the brand in all sound materials. This choice involves selecting a singer or actor who best aligns with the brand's identity and tone.

We map all points of contact and moments of interaction between the brand and its customers. This process is also carried out in a co-creation workshop format.

We deeply understand your target audience, creating personas that represent your different customer segments. Before defining the leitmotif, our CODA team dedicates itself to creating a sound moodboard. This is an internal process that helps us define the musical style of the brand's pieces. We collect and analyze a variety of music, sounds and rhythms that we believe can represent the essence of the brand. This process is similar to creating a visual moodboard, but instead of images, we use sounds.During this step, we consider the results of the exploratory research, the user journey and the defined personas. We asked ourselves: What kind of music would these personas like to hear? What sounds represent the user journey? What rhythms and melodies capture the essence of the brand?This process is highly creative and involves a lot of experimentation. We listen to a lot of music, play different instruments and explore a variety of musical styles. The goal is to find the sound that resonates with the brand and its audience.The estimated time for this stage is approximately two weeks. The deliverable of this stage is a sound moodboard, which is essentially a collection of songs, sounds and rhythms that will serve as inspiration for the creation of the brand's leitmotiv and musical pieces. This sonic moodboard is presented to the client for feedback and approval before we proceed to the next step.

Based on our research and understanding of your brand, we develop a leitmotif or musical theme that becomes your brand's sonic signature. This leitmotif will be repeated in various ways at different touchpoints to create a consistent sonic identity.It will take our CODA team about three weeks to develop a leitmotif that captures the essence of the brand. The deliverable is a musical theme that will represent the brand’s sonic identity.

We create an instrumental musical piece that incorporates the leitmotif and reflects your brand's personality. This part can be used in a variety of applications, from telephone holding to promotional videos.After creating the leitmotif, we move on to composing the instrumental piece. This process can take up to four weeks and the end result is a complete piece of music that will have the style of the brand's personality and identity, which can be anything from a regional song or even a complete composition for a symphony orchestra.

In addition to the instrumental piece, we also develop a complete song that can be used in advertising campaigns or other touchpoints where a song with lyrics is appropriate.Simultaneously with the instrumental piece, our team composes the brand song. This process can take up to four weeks and the deliverable is a complete song with lyrics that reflect the brand's identity.
